Battlefield 3 'Physical Warfare' pack now available on PC, Xbox 360

The Physical Warfare pack for Battlefield 3 has now gone live for the PC and Xbox 360, a week later than the PlayStation 3 due to a timed exclusivity deal.

After a head start on the PlayStation 3, the Battlefield 3 Physical Warfare pack has now become available for PC and Xbox 360 as well. As promised, and like on the PlayStation 3, it's free.

The announcement came from EA's Battlefield Blog. The pack will be on the in-game store in Xbox 360, and visible in Battlelog on PC. It includes access to the DAO-12 shotgun, custom flechette ammo for the shotgun, a flash suppressor for the SKS sniper rifle, and the Type 88 Light Machine Gun.

    its a few guns that were given out to preorders, seperate from the karkland dlc.

      You could unlock the DAO-12 by playing (like I did), but the Type-88, the flash suppressor for the SKS, and the DAO-12 Flechette rounds were exclusive to the pack.

    No these are weapon unlocks that people got who pre-ordered, now its unlocked for everyone.

        Also, as far as I know the Type 88 LMG is only available through this pack.

        yah i tried it and didn't really care for it that much... it is a decent starter weapon but there are better LMGs.

        It's actually really powerful, but only effective on the move after you unlock the foregrip. After that, it actually becomes a pretty good weapon.

  i unlocked that shotgun a long time ago, and i bought the game a day after it was released. not sure what the deal is ?

    The shotgun was just an early unlock (as in you started with it if you had the Physical Warfare pack, while you and I had to wait to unlock it normally). The flechette ammo for it was the exclusive, same with the flash suppressor for that SKS. The Type 88 was the only exclusive weapon.
