Sonic Generations, Shinobi 3DS plans leaked
Nintendo Power and a YouTube video leak the arrival of two new Nintendo 3DS titles, Sonic Generation and a revival of the Shinobi franchise.
A handheld, 3D version of Sonic's upcoming adventure and a revival to the Shinobi franchise are both apparently in the works for the Nintendo 3DS.
According to the cover of the latest issue of Nintendo Power [via NeoGAF], the upcoming anniversary title Sonic Generations is coming to the Nintendo 3DS. The new Sonic adventure had previously been revealed for the Xbox 360 and PS3. In Sega's most recent earnings report [PDF], a 3DS and PC version of Sonic Generations had been listed.
Additionally, the magazine cover notes "classic revivals" for the previously announced Mega Man Legends 3 and a new game in the Shinobi series.
A YouTube clip discovered by Joystiq further fuels the fire of a Shinobi revival. The short video--which was is the lone upload from user "greatshow482"--features a look at the Shinobi legacy and teases a new title "re-imagined for the Nintendo 3DS" from developer Griptonite Games.
