Shattered Horizon getting AI bots, survival mode
A new free expansion for zero-gravity FPS Shattered Horizon will add AI bots and a co-op survival mode with waves of the blighters.
Zero-gravity PC FPS Shattered Horizon is receiving another free content update, developer Futuremark has announced.
The 'Last Stand' pack will add AI-controlled bots to the multiplayer shooter, letting you pad out servers or simply play offline for once. The bots will also star in the eponymous new mode Last Stand, where four players will face off against "waves of increasingly difficult bot enemies."
Futuremark has previously released free packs expanding the range of maps and weapons in Shattered Horizon. Both were followed by a 'free weekend' promotion on Steam with a month, so don't be too surprised if we see another soon.
Last Stand is due to blast off "before the end of the month."

The game's great, I had a blast playing during those free weekends. I bought it, but there isn't enough of a community to keep things active, it seems. Whenever I pop on every now and then to start up a game, I can't find any more than 2 players per server...
Maybe this will help draw a bigger crowd? -
