E3 2018: Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order Announced by Respawn, Post Episode 3 Story
Respawn Entertainment is working on Jedi Fallen Order, a new Star Wars experience set in 'dark times' between episodes three and four.
The EA Play 2018 conference is underway, and aside from new details concerning both Battlefield 5 and FIFA 19, it seems fans of the Star Wars franchise have a new experience to look forward to. EA Play host Andrea Rene had a brief chat with Respawn Entertainment's Vince Zampella, who was clearly excited to reveal the studio's upcoming project Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order.
Zampella said that the Respawn Entertainment crew has been working with Lucasfilm on the new title, which is apparently set in very "dark times." Franchise fans will note that the game is set to take place sometime between the events of the Episode 3 and Episode 4 films, when Jedi are being hunted across the galaxy.
We're still waiting to hear more details about this latest game, as there seems to be no screenshots, video footage, or details otherwise. Still, fans can get excited about a new Star Wars title that isn't tied into the Star Wars Battlefront fiasco.
