Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection Features Almost All the Street Fighter
Name a Street Fighter game, it's probably here. Capcom has announced the biggest Street Fighter collection ever prior to Sunday's Capcom Cup.
Prior to Sunday's Capcom Cup Top 8 action kicked off a full day of Street Fighter V action, Capcom decided to look back at the vast history of Street Fighter. And all of it is being compiled for one giant collection.
The Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection will include Street Fighter, Street Fighter II, Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, Street Fighter II: Championship Edition, Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha, Street Fighter Alpha 2, Street Fighter Alpha 3, Street Fighter III, Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact, and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. That is a whole lot of Street Fighter. And on top of that, Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha 3, and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike will have online play implemented, with ranked and casual lobbies and leaderboards.
Anyone who wants all the Street Fighter they can handle should keep an eye out for May 2018. That's when the biggest Street Fighter collection ever will hit PlayStation 4.
Update: The trailer below indicates that the collection will also come to PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
