Final Fantasy 15's Noctis Takes a Wild Ride into Tekken 7
It's Tekken 7's craziest cameo so far. And that's saying a lot.
The Tekken World Tour is coming to a close, as Shacknews observed on Friday morning. But prior to the event's Top 8 kicking off, Bandai Namco had a big surprise for everyone in attendance. Tekken 7 is getting its next DLC character and it's a name that nobody was expecting.

Yes, that's Noctis from Square Enix's Final Fantasy XV, making what can only be described as a wildly unexpected cameo. He brings his sword along with him for hand-to-hand combat. He's seen delivering hard strikes with both his fists and his sword, while teleporting across the screen to deliver wild combos.
Tekken 7 is no stranger to weird cameos. The whole shebang started off with Akuma from Street Fighter joining the roster. Earlier this year at Evo 2017, Bandai Namco announced that Fatal Fury's Geese Howard would join the fight, as well. This is the first Tekken cameo, however, to feature a character from outside the fighting game world entirely.
Look for Noctis Lucis Caleum to come to Tekken 7 in Spring 2018.
