PUBG Vaulting & Climbing Update Delayed Due to Internal Issues
We will all have to wait just a bit longer for the test servers to go live due to some issues found during internal testing.
There's simply no way to get over this. Just when we thought we'd be testing a new way to survive PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, the rug is being pulled from under us. The vaulting and climbing test server update is being delayed due to unexpected issues during internal testing.
PUBG Corp broke the news on Twitter that the new tests are delayed indefinitely for the time being. A series of tweets from the official PUBG twitter account detailed the decision, stating that it's crucial that the test servers run in a stable environment.
Therefore we feel that we have to delay the first test schedule for PC 1.0 to allow for a smooth testing of the new features and content.

The schedule will be announced once the internal issue is addressed. To date, the dev team has stuck to late 2017 as the release window for the first post-early access version of PUBG, but one must wonder if this new hickup will push the launch into 2018. The preview version of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds for Xbox One was recently given a date as well if you're holding out for the console version.
