After officially announcing the deal earlier this year, Sega has completed its 706 million Euro acquisition of mobile game company Rovio.
Following rumors of a deal closing last week, Sega Sammy has officially announced it will be acquiring Rovio to the tune of around 706 million Euros.
Rovio is looking into re-releasing the original Angry Birds as Red's First Flight in app stores 'pending further review.'

To celebrate the 2nd anniversary of Angry Birds, Rovio is releasing new birthday-themed content, as well as some special "Birdday" events.
The developer of Angry Birds has revealed that it's valued at over $1 billion, and could file for an IPO as early as 2012.
