A website in Africa supposedly has gotten its hands on a early copy of a press release that officially announced Gran Turismo 6 for PlayStation 3 for the 2013 holiday season

Looks like the official reveal of Gran Turismo 6 is set to happen next week.

New retail listings also refer to GT6 as a PS3 game, suggesting a loose-lipped exec from earlier in the year was probably telling the truth.

Several retailers have listed "Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition," leading to speculation of a domestic name for Japan's Spec II rerelease.

Sony Computer Entertainment has released details on the second DLC pack for Gran Turismo 5, along with new features and tweaks coming in a new update for the game next week.
