Developer Mojang Specifications, the outfit established after the success of the indie fave Minecraft, has revealed that the Xbox 360 version of its smash-hit will be playable at MineCon 2011.
The first, but surely not the last, judgement in the Scrolls vs. The Elder Scrolls trademark case has come down in favor of Mojang, denying ZeniMax's bid for an interim injunction that would've forbidden the Swedish indie from using the 'Scrolls' name.

Legal experts and Bethesda's Pete Hines have chimed in on the legal dispute with Mojang over the use of the word Scrolls. Experts say the company has a legal obligation to defend its trademark, or risk losing or weakening their defense in the future.
