Developer Just Add Water has been struggling to release the HD update of Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath on Xbox Live. It appears they've given up.
Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath for Vita and Munch's Oddysee are both aiming for June releases, according to Just Add Water CEO Stewart Gilray.
With the HD remake of Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath out of the way, developer Just Add Water can put the finishing touches on its next Oddworld game: Munch's Oddysee HD.
The PlayStation Network version of Stranger's Wrath, enhanced with snazzy new graphics and a few new gameplay tweaks, will be available on December 27th.
Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath is getting much more than your typical HD treatment. Developer Just Add Water is redoing many of the game's textures and character models. In spite of the total graphical overhaul, Stranger's Wrath HD will be $15.
