Space Hulk: Deathwing is an FPS

Games Workshop is going wild with video game adaptations lately, licensing its beloved tabletop franchises to everyone and their grandmother. That Focus Home has licensed Warhammer 40,000 off-shot Space Hulk for an FPS is no surprise, then, but here's the weird bit: Space Hulk: Deathwing> is made by Streum On Studio, the folks behind E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy.

Farming Simulator trailer celebrates small-town America

The makers of the Farming Simulator games clearly knew they're used as something of a punchline. A new trailer for the upcoming Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 editions of FS 2013 plays on the gag videos, with hip beats and funky editing, but at the same time it also looks pretty cool. Yes, yes maybe I do want to coordinate harvesting corn with my friends! It's the American dream.

Wargame: Airland Battle trailer details dynamic campaign

The classic RTS campaign is a stodgy affair, with mission following mission and maybe a side-mission or two if you're lucky. It was a murky world, the Parisian nightlife of the 1920s, but sometimes a little shadow can be useful when you're an 8-year-old girl's glamorous imaginary friend. Publisher Focus Home Interactive today announced it's picked up Contrast, a puzzle-platformer where you can shift into shadow to pass obstacles in the unreal world.

Magrunner debut trailer reveals sci-fi Lovecraftian puzzling

Magrunner: Dark Pulse's concept is interesting--a first-person person in a Portal-ish sci-fi setting which careens in the Cthulhu mythos--but we hadn't seen much of the game until now. After months of screenshots, publisher Focus Home today released the first trailer, showing some of the brain-teasers and brain-eaters we'll face.

Farming Simulator sprouts on consoles in September

It can be nerve-wracking, waiting for an exciting series to finally come to your preferred platform. What if it's a shoddy port? Will the controls work? And if it's delayed by months, that's even more worrying. Be strong, gentle player: this one's worth the wait. Farming Simulator will finally arrive on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in September, complete with a console-exclusive new American farm and exclusive vehicles.
