Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty also hitting PS4, Wii U

Publisher Oddworld Inhabitants has revealed another four platforms for Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty, bringing it up to seven. As well as PC, PS3, and Vita, Just Add Water's "re-creation" of vintage platformer Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee is now confirmed for PlayStation 4, Wii U, Mac and Linux.

Leftover Microsoft Points converted to cash when 'retired' in fall

We've all expected and awaited it for yonks, and yesterday Microsoft finally announced that it's dropping Microsoft Points and letting us pay for stuff on Xbox Live with real money. Having been mighty vague, the company has now put up a new FAQ to explain more of what'll go down when it "retires" Points with the fall Xbox update.

Zoo Tycoon coming to Xbox One and 360 from Kinectimals dev

Microsoft is drawing Zoo Tycoon back from extinction, revealing during E3 that it's brought the zoo management series back for Xbox One and Xbox 360. As one might expect from Kinectimals creator Frontier Developments, the new game also named simply Zoo Tycoon plays up the 'staring at cute animals' side even more, and disconcertingly this may be the main focus.

Bayonetta 2 launching in 2014 on Wii U

It is still pretty weird that Bayonetta 2 is a Wii U exclusive but hey, not weirder than a game where a witch fights angels with her gun-heeled shoes and giant legs made of her own hair. It'll launch in 2014, Nintendo confirmed during its E3 briefing today, and a new trailer with gameplay snippets shows it's certainly every bit as delightfully odd as ever.
