EA's Need for Speed racing series has bounced around from developer to developer over the past few years, but things are now stabilising with Criterion leading the franchise.
Becoming notorious is the name of the game in Criterion's latest entry to the Need for Speed series. A new open world gives players a chance to drive around, wreak havoc, and get into bone-crushing car wrecks.
Need for Speed: Most Wanted is coming on October 30, EA announced today at its press briefing.
As expected, this year's entry to EA's annual racing franchise comes from Criterion Games, developer of Burnout Paradise and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.
Burnout Crash! is coming to the iPhone and iPad platforms later this year, EA has announced.
The Burnout series may be about speed, but that doesn't mean that the games have to arrive on time. Previously scheduled for August, Criterion's next game, Burnout Crash, will be available on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade on September 20th.
EA has announced a new Burnout game, exclusively for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.
