Bohemia Interactive split off Arma 3's campaign so it could release the military sim before World War 3 kicks off, planning to release it episodically. The first free chapter arrived in October and now the developer has announced the second will launch on Tuesday, January 21, promising a more sandbox-y experience.
In its haste to finally release Arma 3, Bohemia Interactive snipped out its campaign to finish up later than release as free DLC. Today the developer announced that the first of three planned episodes will launch on October 1, and released a handful of screenshots showing it'll go down across night and day, land and sea.
Previously available only on iOS and Android, Arma Tactics is now on its way to PC on October 1, according to Bohemia Interactive.
Arma Tactics, previously only on Tegra Android tablets, is now available for both iOS and non-Tegra Android devices.
