2K is shaking things up at 2K Czech, creator of the Mafia series. The publisher is closing 2K Czech's Prague office, shifting some people over to the one in Brno, bringing some over to 2K headquarters in California, and some, well, they're just plumb out of a job. Firaxis is landing a sequel to Sid Meier's Ace Patrol on PC and iOS this fall, publisher 2K announced today. Ace Patrol: Pacific Skies will bring the turn-based strategic aerial combat to the Pacific theatre, flying missions in battles including Pearl Harbor, Midway, and Guadalcanal.
