The shadowy ninja Noob Saibot stars in a new Mortal Kombat trailer, demonstrating some thoroughly brutal moves. If you don't enjoy people being pummelled so hard that they vomit over their assailant's leg, you might wish to avert your eyes.

Mortal Kombat is due to be released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on April 19, developed by NetherRealm Studios. The stars of the short film 'Mortal Kombat Rebirth' are returning this spring in a live-action web series to promote the new game.

      The game looks pretty great too. It looks more like what I was thinking the last one should have... but I guess the DC license made it difficult to pull that off.

      I am kind of upset, I bought the tournament edition (pre-order) for that arcade cabinet style controller... I really really want that... but tournament edition does not include the book ends, and I cannot see spending another $99 for the Kollectors edition
