Recipe
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz 2:1 Symple Syrup
- 2 oz Champagne
- Decide the version you want: in a champagne flute or in a collins glass with ice
- Shake ingredients on ice sans champagne
- Pour 2 oz of champagne gently into tin
- Strain into glass, top with champagne if necessary or desired
