Recipe
- Hot chocolate mix with milk (2-3 tbsp. mix and 6 oz. of milk)
- 1.5 oz Whiskey (a blended scotch with a hint of smoke, nothing too overpowering)
- Float with Cream, aerated by shaking in a jar (2-3 minutes)
- Garnish with marshmallow
A few years ago we went to Descanso Gardens for the Enchanted: Forest of Light theme in December and we shared a hot chocolate with Grant's blended whiskey and hot Beignet's on a crisp evening, it was good.
