It's been an interesting time in the FGC. And it's been quite some time since we've seen a good tag fighter. I wasn't really into BlazBlue and MvC doesn't seem to be coming back anytime soon so yeah this is our best hope of getting a decent tag fighter.
Riot Games has plenty of money to put into a tourney scene and put on their own events which could be a major boost to the competitive tournament calendar.

I have had no interest in playing league of legends so I suppose between Arcane on Netflix and this game, I'll actually get to know some of these characters in a way that might be a nice bonding moment for my brother and I as he spends way too much time on the MOBA.
I haven't been excited about a tag game since Skullgirls so let's hope this one turns out great.
