The North Cascades Highway closed Friday, November 13 due to heavy snowfall and risk of avalanche. I was there Sunday, November 8 for sunrise photos.
I got a few different versions of sunrise and want to pick one that is the best. Here are some critiques of a few versions. Give me some feedback, what do you like?
In time order. Which time is your favorite?

Sunrise has just started. This one is just...OK? The mountain is partly obscured by trees. Only a little color on the mountain, but there is some color to the clouds. The road in the foreground is OK, but it's just too much snowy dirt I think. 6/10 STARS

I cropped this one wide. It's a few minutes later than the last one, and has more color on the mountains. I moved to the other side of the road, so you see more of the mountain. There is nice color in the clouds. I like this one. Maybe 8/10 STARS

This is actually a crop of a horizontal orientation photo. I like the focus on just the mountain and the ice waterfall, with a few trees. I think it's pretty cool, but not perfect. It's just too...basic? I don't know. 8/10 STARS

Getting later, the sun is shining more. I like the dark diagonal slash of trees. This one feels kind of the same as others, though. It's alright. 8/10 STARS

OK here we go, this is my favorite. Getting later in the morning, but still looks like sunrise since the sun isn't shining on all the trees. Nice low perspective, I handheld this (most of my photos are on a tripod). The line of the road leads you up to the sunrise mountain, then around to the ice waterfall, and back to the line of the road. I really like it. 9/10 STARS
That's it. The monochrome photo was taken at 6:49, before sunrise had started. I cropped it to 3440x1440. https://i.imgur.com/migliZm.jpg
