Recipe
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz 2:1 Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 3/4 oz Blue Curaçao
- Shake with Ice
- Strain into tall glass with crushed ice
- Garnish with pineapple wedge
This is my twist on a Blue Hawaii while I await my Pacific Blue iPhone to arrive direct from ZhengZhou. This classic recipe had fallen by the wayside until it was resurrected by the craft cocktail movement.
