CNET has some more info on the two new processors AMD will be launching, the 1.2Ghz Athlon and 800mhz Duron. Some retailers are already taking orders for the new CPUs, with the 1.2Ghz being available for $574 and the Duron for around $110. Seeing how Intel's 1Ghz P3 is still around $650 or so, those prices ain't bad at all. Also, Intel is getting ready to announce its earnings on Thursday along with expectations for the fourth quarter.
