According to ZDNet, Intel is releasing the Pentium4 in the week of October 30 at 1.5 and 1.4Ghz speeds. Their story also has some info on full systems that Dell and HP will be offering. The Register however has some OEM prices for the CPU, 1.3Ghz at $635, 1.4GHz at $805. Indeed no mention of the 1.5Ghz part, they say it doesn't look like that speed will make the October release. The Register has been wrong in the past though :)
