Heroes of the Storm is introducing a new area in its next big patch, modeled after player behavior.

Blizzard says the new "Lost Cavern" Battleground is inspired by players creating one-lane matches in the regular maps, sporting a slimmed-down single-lane play area with no Map Objectives, Hearthstones, or Starting Area heals. Regeneration Orb spawns and brushes are still littered around, strategically. Blizzard describes the new map as a sandbox to experiment.

To start, it will only be available in Custom Games. You can check out a look of the new area below.
