Quake3 v125 Changes

It looks like everyone has started to notice what that one particular line in the readme meant. "Modified physics so that both dll and qvm physics match.". Basically strafe jumping has been toned down a bit. In addition to that, the splash damage that was going through floors and walls has been turned offl. Be sure to delete your 117 DLS before reporting anything else. Those are two changes to gameplay for the advanced players. If anyone else discovers more changes in the v125 code please share. You might also wanna check out Graeme's .plan update

- dropped sound fixes
- new announcer sounds
- new smoothed client support for modem users

Also a warning v125 does not work any mods (RA3, Q3F, OSP, etc). Hold off on the update if you play RA3. Anyone try that smoothed client stuff?
