Fallout 4 Automatron DLC trailer highlights robot-on-robot violence; releasing March 22
There's going to be a lot of scrap metal lying around after you complete Automatron.
Bethesda Softworks has released the debut trailer for Fallout 4’s first add-on, Automatron.
The debut trailer for Automatron shows the Vault Dweller setting out on an adventure to create their own, highly-customizable robot companion. Although to earn your robotic compadre, you’ll need to visit the mysterious Mechanist and deal with their horde of evil robots that have taken over the Commonwealth, including Robobrain.
When the Vault Dweller is able to create his own robot companion, they’ll be able to choose from hundreds of mods, allowing them to mix limbs, armor, abilities, and weapons. Players will also be able to customize their paint schemes and even their voices, so long as you’re above level 15.
Fallout 4 Automatron is scheduled to release on March 22 with additional DLC expected to release through May 2016.

This looks way better than I expected. There seem to be a good number of new robot types and the customization seems pretty deep.
Also, seeing The Mechanist got me excited in the Fallout 3 part of my brain.-
But wasn't he in New Vegas?
