Since gaming today isnt exactly hopping lets pick on Microsoft some more! The MS guys have adjusted the timetable for their next OS codenamed Whistler. Supposedly we wont have to deal with that old Win98 kernel anymore. I've been running Windows2000 for quite a while and have finally found a Microsoft OS that I'm happy with.

Microsoft is planning an Oct. 11 Beta 1 release, a Dec. 6 Beta 2 due date and an April 18 release-to-manufacturing date for Whistler.
