Today, at the Xbox Gamescom 2015 presentation, a first look at Quantum Break's gameplay has been revealed. Starring Shawn Ashmore (X-Men: Days of Future Past) and Aiden Gillen (Game of Thrones), the sci-fi action game lets players manipulate and travel through time. The story involves characters who can manipulate time by freezing it, creating bubbles, and other explosive effects. The gameplay premiere involved a lot of gun fighting, where the main character was able to freeze time and flank a small army of soldiers. 

As it turns out, Ashmore's character isn't the only one who can manipulate time. There are time travelers equipped with special suits that render them immune to time freezing abilities. After dealing with them, he steps into a warehouse where he is able to rewind time to a previous state. However, this uncovers more mysteries than answers. 

The April 5th, 2016 has also been revealed for Quantum Break
