  Cool! I'd put Robo higher, but this is actually one of those rare good top 10 lists. :D I think that actually makes it a bad top 10 list, though, since I can't be like OMG WHY ISN'T whatever.

  Well, I can't say I'm shocked at the lack of PAL-18, the Personal Android Lackey, nor am I that stunned that Wonkers the Watilla, (voiced by Jack Angel because he was the voice of Teddy from AI) is absent.

        Soley in the context of him speaking to a young adult woman, sure.
        
        I see Wonkers as a sad character. He's only designed to know how to act as a friend to children. He knows Zoë is depressed and listless, yet his limited toolset is unable to help, as she has outgrown him, but never deactivated him. This pet-like intelligence is stuck in a limbo not of his doing, simply due to her growing up, he is unable to fulfill his primary purpose, and to design something like that is kinda fucked up.
        
        At least he does an alright job of taking messages and acting as a day-planner?
