Evolve gets Behemoth, new Hunters, and free maps on March 31
A slew of downloadable content is scheduled to be released later this month, so find out how much more poor you're going to be on March 31.
2K and Turtle Rock Studios have announced the first pieces of downloadable content for Evolve, which will introduce its fourth playable Monster, the Behemoth, four new playable Hunters, two free maps, and more.
Starting on March 31, players will be able to purchase the Monster Expansion Pack, which includes the Behemoth, for $14.99, although it will be free to download for those who pre-ordered Evolve at a participating retailer. The four new Hunters (Torvald, Crow, Slim, and Sunny) are available as the Evolve Hunting Season Pass, but will also be available for individual purchase for $7.49 each.
As for the free stuff, 2K already revealed both new maps, the Broken Hill Mine and Broken Hill Foundry, and the all-new Observer Mode just a few weeks ago.
The Behemoth is a freebie for those who pre-ordered, but not to those who plunked down $25 for the Season Pass. The various levels of DLC have caused some consternation among the community, which may flare up again when unaware Season Pass holders find themselves without the shiny new monster.
