Multiplayer is free this weekend on PS4 [Correction]
This weekend, multiplayer will be free on PlayStation 4 without a PlayStation Plus subscription--just in time for Battlefield.
PlayStation 4 owners will get to play cops and robbers without shelling out extra dough for Plus this weekend. PlayStation 4 multiplayer will be free all weekend, starting March 20 12:01am PST and going until March 22 11:59pm PST. The announcement ties the promotion to Battlefield: Hardline, but notes it can be used to throw down in any multiplayer game over the weekend.
Battlefield Hardline pits police against criminals in all-out urban warfare. It releases tomorrow, March 17, for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
