Raven's Kenn Hoekstra made a .plan update saying that except for Germany, Europe will only have a really limited amount of collector editions of Elite Force. He also posted a link to the Borg cube packaging of the CE. Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force will appear in stores September 20.
