PlayStation Now open beta adds PS TV and PS Vita on October 14
The PlayStation TV and Vita will soon be able to access the PlayStation Now open beta starting on October 14.
The PlayStation Now open beta has been slowly opening its virtual doors to additional Sony products, which of course includes the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. Next week, the PlayStation TV and PlayStation Vita will join in on the fun.
The PlayStation Now open beta on the PS TV and PS Vita will offer a similar experience as PS4 owners have for several months now. You’ll be able to access Sony’s library of over 150 PS3 games that can be streamed onto your PlayStation devices, in this case, the PS TV and Vita.
PS TV and Vita owners can join the PlayStation Now open beta starting on October 14, which just so happens to be the exact date the PS TV launches. This makes the options of games you can play on the PS TV even more impressive as not only will owners of the mini console be given access to close to 700 compatible titles that range from PlayStation One up to a number of PS Vita titles, but with PS Now, additional PS3 games can now be accessed as well.
