Alien: Isolation begins its hunt October 7
Alien: Isolation has been given a release date of October 7.
The hunt is about to begin. Taking the stage at this year's EGX Rezzed event, The Creative Assembly has revealed that Alien: Isolation will hit on October 7.
The date has also been confirmed by the game's official Twitter account. Alien: Isolation features Amanda Ripley, daughter of Alien heroine Ellen Ripley, as she's marooned aboard a space station, defenseless against a near-unstoppable Xenomorph. The game will release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.

If they stick to what was shown at GDC, it's going to be good. Of course, given what happened with the last Alien game, everyone in the press is understandably cautiously optimistic.
