Own a Part of id

If you always wanted to own something from id Software, now you can, although you better have some cash to spend. Over on eBay id is auctioning off their SGI Origin 2000 computer, which was used to process all of the map data for Quake II and Quake3 Arena.

Includes: - 8 x 200mhz R10k processors (the other bank of 8 processors are dead)16 processors total. - 768MB of RAM - 4GB hard drive space - Running Irix v6.4

This will cost you a sweet $7,500 at the time of writing.
