Apple's iOS App Store is celebrating its 5th year tomorrow, and there are some high-profile games up for free to mark the event. However, what's topped the charts over the past few years? Unsurprisingly, Angry Birds.

According to Apple's all-time sales charts (via MCV), Angry Birds is the top paid game across both iPhone and iPad. In fact, two other Angry Birds games make the top 10 charts for iPhone: Seasons and Space.

Fruit Ninja, Doodle Jump, and Cut the Rope all place respectably behind Rovio's iconic puzzler on the iPhone list. The puzzle game Where's My Water finished fourth in the iPad all-time stats. On the free charts, Words with Friends and Temple Run also manage to rank.
