Resident Evil Revelations playable characters, Wii U features detailed
Capcom gave more details for the PC/console versions of Resident Evil Revelations today, including a new playable character in Raid Mode, new enemies, and Wii U features.
The 3DS game Resident Evil Revelations is coming to PC and consoles with a few extras thrown in for good measure. Capcom announced a newly playable character, enemies, and some features unique to the Wii U today, in preparation for showing the game this weekend at PAX East.
We knew that Hunk would be joining as a playable character, and Capcom announced today that he'll be joined by Rachel in the Raid Mode. Both Hunk and Rachel will be playable at PAX East this weekend. The Raid Mode is also adding two new enemies: a Wall Blister and a "secret" enemy.
The announcement also detailed the Wii U features. The game is playable with the Wii U Pro controller, but using the GamePad means easy access to your map and weapons, and the convenience of Off TV play. When you die, you can leave a message on the Game Over screen to be posted to the Miiverse. Plus, you can use a "Creature Voice" function to send personalized monster sounds to friends in Raid Mode.
