Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 trailer introduces the villain
So who's responsible for the crazy future war we're seeing in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2? Treyarch and Activision have released the "Villain" trailer for the upcoming shooter, and it profiles a man that has been heralded as "the Messiah of the 99%."
So who's responsible for the crazy future war we're seeing in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2? A man named Raul Menendez. Treyarch and Activision have released the "Villain" trailer for the upcoming shooter, and it profiles a man that has been heralded as "the Messiah of the 99%." Unfortunately for the 99%, it appears his plan involves blowing up the world. Drats.

Trent Reznor doing the theme? http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-07-10-call-of-duty-black-ops-2-theme-composed-by-trent-reznor
I mean, whatever, payday for an awesome dude. But also, fuck.-
After With Teeth (but excluding Ghosts), Reznor's style morphed into something I didn't like. Too many detuned pianos and distorted guitars, not enough synth.
Reznor's only doing the main theme; the game music is being done by a Mass Effect 3 composer, and will probably be Hans Zimmer-esque bombastic symphonic stereotypical action game fodder music. Getting Hans Zimmer for two titles in a row was apparently too expensive for Activision.
