Crystal Dynamics hiring for new, next-gen IP
Crystal Dynamics is hiring a senior animation engineer for an "original IP on future platforms."
Crystal Dynamics is revving itself up for the next generation, as a new job posting seeks development staff for an "original IP on future platforms." The listing is vague beyond that, but as we see more developers enter next-gen development, it seems more and more likely that we'll finally get new hardware next year.
The listing (via VG247) calls for a "Senior Engineer (Animation)." It doesn't mention much about the proposed game, though it does drop that the candidate should have skills animating for "third-person action adventure AAA titles."
Crystal Dynamics previously teased a new IP to debut this year. Either the developer was referring to this title, or it has a few different irons in the fire with Tomb Raider.
