The mahoosive patch which hit Battlefield 3 on PlayStation 3 yesterday will launch for PC tomorrow, developer DICE has confirmed. It brings bags of bug fixes, changes, improvements, balance tweaks, and other pleasant little things. There's still no word on when it'll deploy to Xbox 360, though.
"PC patch has a date which is tomorrow. Coming in hot we will go into maintenance mode from 9-11:30 CET," DICE community manager Daniel 'zh1nt0' Matros said on Twitter this morning. So it'll happen overnight for Americans.
As for the Xbox 360 patch, he said, "No ETA right now."

Why don't they EVER post anything on their news section for updates like this? They made an entire website just for BF3 but use twitter to tell their community about updates. I don't use Twitter or facebook, or reddit or whatever else there is. I know more about BF3 by coming here then I do on their actual site.

I agree we are forced to use battlelog and they don't ever mention it there.
