I don't think so. Neither Amazon nor GameStop are listing the PC edition for next week, and Namco Bandai is helpfully avoiding mentioning it.

Ridge Racer Unbound looks awesome, but that is a fucking bummer there is no pc version :(

This game is done by BugBear the guys who did the Flatout racing series. It also has a track editor akin to TrackMania. This is not your grandma's Ridge Racer.

I know I was just feeling sad because I want to play it on my computer and I want to support BugBear cause they are awesome. That video ysbreker linked says there is a pc version and it's on the official namcobandieu youtube account so there is hope yet.

If the PC edition is coming out in the US next week, Namco Bandai is playing it coy. The pre-order section on the official site has links to stores for the console edition, but only says "coming soon" for PC. These sites (Amazon, GameStop, Best Buy--people who should know) list the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions coming out next week, but don't mention PC.
Maybe it is coming out in the US next week, but it doesn't look that way.
