The Humble Indie Bundle has always been a great source of introducing players to amazing indie experience while giving back to charily, but the latest pack may be the best ever offered.

Humble Indie Bundle #4 gives players access to the PC, Mac, and Linux versions of Super Meat Boy, Shank, Bit.Trip Runner, NightSky, and Jamestown: Legend of the Lost Colony. Those titles alone would be worth the price, but by donating above the average price will also net users copies of Gratuitous Space Battles and Cave Story+.

At the time of publishing, the average price is set at $4.59, well below what any of the included titles would normally cost. For those that prefer to keep their digital purchases under one umbrella, each game--including the bonus titles--is redeemable on Steam.

In August 2011, Humble Indie Bundle #3 surpassed $2 million, setting a new record for the charity offer.

Humble Indie Bundle #4 supports Child's Play and the American Red Cross. Quite honestly, you'd be hard-pressed to find a finer collection of games in one place. Buy it now at the Humble Bundle website.

Holy crap, Shank freed from its evil EA activation DRM! I also felt guilty about not giving Super Meat Boy a fair shake, and Jamestown looks interesting. Definitely getting this.

I like the main bundles for the sampling variety; it also seems that they got a lot more action titles this time. Bundle 3 was pretty good, but a bit puzzle-heavy; I burned out on Cogs and Crayon Physics Deluxe quickly.

Jamestown is a great 2d arcade shooter. You won't be disappointed.

Yeah, I had to snag this one. Too many good games here and I paid over the average so I get Grat. Space Battles and Cave Story. All games I've been meaning to check out but haven't gotten around to yet. They will line the halls of my Steam collection waiting for the day I retire and actually have time to play these games. Pretty soon my Steam collection will be like that warehouse at the end of Raiders of the Lost arc... with random games just sitting there to be discovered by descendants.
