Another Counter-Strike DLL

It looks like we got another Win32 Counter-Strike server DLL. The Linux build wont be available for a week though since the porting guy is out of town, doh. Thanks Stomped

I hope that finally fixes shit. Tonight I crashed in CS 5 times, and I never used to crash in that game! I don't have a problem with the netcode or the 6.5 update, but crashing and "blue screens of death" are not cool at all!
