OpFor CTF Manual
Planet Half-Life has the manual for the HL Opposing Force CTF mod that will be out real soon (should be close with the new Half-Life patch, which is scheduled for release tomorrow). Since it comes straight from Gearbox, you can bet it's pretty accurate :)
