Games for Windows 'Horror for the Holidays' Sale Discounts Dead Rising 2, FEAR 2 and More

If you hear the faint noise of someone or something screaming, it's probably your wallet reacting to the plethora of digital sales on offer this holiday season.

Like Steam and Direct2Drive, Microsoft's Games for Windows Marketplace has discounted a handful of titles. The theme for the GFW sale is "Horror for the Holidays," which discounts a selection of games featuring zombies, mutants, and vampires.

Although it isn't as festive a sale as you would expect, it's much better than the sale we heard Microsoft was going to have. Let's just say, the name of the deal was about the same except you'd have a chance to buy Leisure Suit Larry games for dirt cheap.

    Wasn't a fan of dead rising 2, but that's a damn fine price for STALKER

        Was also $0.99 on GFWL a few weeks ago. Anyone that would have bought it would have likely gotten it then.
