BlizzCon 2010 Concert: Tenacious D with New Songs
The performance will include "the debut of new, soon-to-be-legendary songs," according to Blizzard. BlizzCon 2009's concert featured Ozzy Osbourne.
Though the show is sold out, interested viewers will be able to see a steam of BlizzCon events, presentations, and the Tenacious D concert through DirecTV pay-per-view or a paid Internet stream.

I don't think so. I've never liked him in film, but I've enjoyed Tenacious D and I liked him in Brutal Legend.

"The Metal" is a surprisingly decent song in its own right.

You should listen to Tenacious D (the album) in its entirety. It's full of fantastic songs. They're a great comedic band in that they are still capable of making great music.

They use these things called instruments to play tones in certain sequences while someone sings. Some people find this appealing.

I wouldn't go as far as calling myself a fan, but I've enjoyed some of their work. The musical quality is good (at least from what I've heard of them), and I appreciate that they're not all serious.
