Mega Man Legends 3 Project Announced for 3DS
Details on Mega Man Legends 3 Project are scarce for now, with Capcom only issuing a brief announcement, the logo and a video starring series veteran Keiji Inafune, explaining his thoughts heading into development.
"It has been my dream to make Legends 3 and I'm really confident that it's going to take off," Inafune said, "but I want to make sure that it isn't just thrown together and rushed out the door. I want it to be really, really good."
Infaune also cryptically mentions using "a new style of game development" on Legends 3 to make a game for the fans. Capcom teases that "fans will have an opportunity to be part of the development process like never before as they interact directly with the team."
Further details are promised at the New York Comic-Con, which runs October 8-10. The 3DS is due out in North America in March, Nintendo revealed at the conference.

They were good action RPGs before there were good action RPGs (well, on a console anyways). They've got their own charms and character as well though, and IMO are some of my favorite Megaman games (was also the first time Megaman was in 3D IIRC, well, at least state side). The controls are a little clunky and the visuals haven't aged very well but I say they're still worth a run through. Do be warned, MML2 has a water dungeon that would make Zelda: OoT fans cry.
