Venturing beyond the realm of the "approximate release date," Stardock has announced that its 4X (explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate) fantasy strategy game Elemental: War of Magic (PC) will be released on August 24--though it may be delayed "if we're not happy with the game," Stardock CEO Brad Wardell recently cautioned.
As before, those that pre-order either the standard or deluxe editions will gain access to playable beta builds, though you may have to wait until "the next major beta release."

Jeez don't get pissy, it has nothing to do with that. I just like to have it all on Steam so I was disappointed to hear that it won't hit Steam. Has nothing to do with me not digging competition, just with me not digging not to have it in my game catalogue where most of my games are.

Oh i get that part of it.....i just think steam needs more competition, not that they're doing anything horrible but compitition is always good.
