Interested parties can still register for the closed beta on the official Mytheon site, though anyone will be able to register for guaranteed access to the open beta once April 28 rolls around. During the open-beta period, cash shop items will be available to sample for the first time, and players will periodically receive batches of Mytheon Coins that may be redeemed in said cash shops.

Petroglyph and publisher True Games Interactive have also announced that they'll begin selling a limited "Champions of Mytheon" premium package in early May. The first 2000 players undeterred from spending an as-of-yet-undisclosed amount of extra cash will receive "coins, vitality elixirs, stone bundles, limited-edition Mytheon shirts and autographed posters, [and] early access to new content before it officially releases."

One of the premium pack's strangest perks for purchasers is described as "the opportunity to display the player's real name in the Mytheon game credits under "Champions of Mytheon." Finally, a chance to get the recognition you deserve. Or not.
